Would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Perth or the surrounding area. My wife and I were made very welcome on our arrival by Frances, the owner and given easy directions to where we were going later that evening. The accommodation itself is excellent with everything that is required and a very wholesome breakfast awaits each morning. I would go... More

Top spot for setting up Base. Very dog friendly. Close to town. The owners look after you, make you feel very welcome and serve you up good food. Handy and secure off road parking. All round - very satisfying stay.

Highly recommended... The owner was very flexible with our bookings over a very busy weekend in Perth and made our party of 4 feel very welcome. Lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast that set everyone up for the day. Very bike friendly accommodation as we also had the benefit of being able to use the secure large garage for the... More

We had an amazing stay! One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in. The service was outstanding with a close attention to the finer details to make it a true Scottish experience. I especially enjoyed the full Scottish breakfast served in the homely dining room. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the town centres bars and restaurants.... More

The staff were very helpful, the rooms well furnished and equipped and the owner very helpful, letting us leave our luggage as we had a late train. This is my 7th year of staying in B&Bs in Perth and the only one I have stayed in which didn't include breakfast - this was £8.00 pp extra for a very standard... More

Pleasant house with fair sized rooms. Breakfast has all the usual cereals and fried items. Friendly and helpful staff. Sweets in a dish by front door. Novel way of having key available to guests here so you can get in if no one handy .Parking in front of house off road.

Warm and friendly welcome, especially as it was a late booking and we arrived early evening. Rooms were excellent. Everything was very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of choice I was allowed to leave my car all day onsite to visit Highland show, even though we had checked out. Would highly recommend.

Ours was a long stay in two parts; 6 days followed by a return visit of 13 days while our son prepared to move the family to his newly built home after relocating from Australia. Frances welcomed us and gave us good local information to get us acquainted with the location. We very quickly felt at home. When her internet... More
