What a beautiful setting on the Moray Firth! The view is amazing, the rooms are sumptuous and the small-town, family-run atmosphere is perfect for anyone wishing to relax by the sea. Just a couple of minutes from the Nairn town center, I got the feeling I was miles from everything as I ate breakfast (a really good one) looking out...

We first stayed at the Invernairne in August 2010, loved the location, the views of the Moray Firth from our room and from the dining room, and the hotel owners were very accommodating. Returned in May 2016 for a three night stay just after Camilla and Ryan took over the property. Had another great visit and enjoyed the lounge bar...

My husband and I spent one night at Invernaire Hotel while traveling from Pitlochery to Nairn. We were warmly welcomed by Camilla, who was very sweet and attentive. We were told they had just completed an extensive renovation so we were excited to see the rooms. While our room was very clean and tastefully furnished, it lacked some needed details....

Thank you for taking the time to review. I did see you looking at my sons toy box which is in the hall. As you saw over the weekend we had 3 large families staying so I let them all enjoy playing with the toys leaving the dining room to be a relaxed atmosphere. From the moment I showed you...

There are few places you can find for the price that are as top-notch as the Invernairne. I've stayed in 5-star hotels for three times the price that were not half as nice. The owners, Camilla and Ryan, are warm and welcoming hosts, and the accommodations are spotless and like what one sees in design magazines. They have done an...

Booked at very short notice. Owner was very welcoming. Interior of the hotel was recently renovated and room was of good quality. Breakfast was excellent. Easy walk through garden to the promenade and beach access. Short stroll into town.

We had stayed here for 3 nights and were allocated the suite in the basement, which at first we were a bit wary of. However, after staying for the first night, we realized that it offered a lot more privacy, with the separate entrance and exit. Additionally, we made good use of the kitchen and supplies that were provided -...

Where do I start?! From the second we entered the Invernairne we were made to feel welcome. On finding out it was our anniversary we were given the most beautiful room with a view to die for (see picture!) Camilla with her boundless energy, Ryan with his Orcadian easy manner and their son, the fearless and funny Max are great...

Recently redone, the decorating is so lovely. The beds and the pillow, even better. Breakfast was perfect - best we have had in our 8 day trip thus far. Highly recommend. The only negative to the lovely room is that it is quite small, 2 suitcases are up on tables since there is no room for a luggage rack. But...

Speaking on behalf of 6 golfers from Canada, I will confidently pass along that we absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Invernairne Hotel! The owners Camilla, Ryan and their son Max were incredible hosts and went above and beyond the ensure our time there was enjoyed by all! Whether it required them to get up early to make our breakfast...

Chris, you can imagine us running around serving breakfast to a large Belgium group and I opened your review grabbed Ryan and Max and read it out! Then ran back to burnt toast (I didn't serve it!) Thank you it really does make everything so worth while. You and your friends were absolutely wonderful last week we had blistering sunshine...
