My wife and I stayed two nights here. The family was very friendly and welcoming and cooked up a wonderful breakfast! The rooms were simple and equipped with wifi. We loved seeing the animals on the farm every day and found the farm to be really calming. We would recommend for future travellers. PS - they only take cash for... More

Stayed here for two nights in September. Nice room, great breakfast and Brian and his staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the farm and the quirky house. Close to Skye and other beautiful areas. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, 8 miles from Kyle and 4 miles from Eilean Donan Castle, also good base for visiting Skye. Very warm welcome from the owner at this old Farm House even though it was after 10pm!! Cosy & quaint interior, our front bedroom had superb views, cosy bed & pillows meant a good nights sleep, free Wifi, coffee/tea making facilities,... More

The Farm House is a conveniently located B&B, located off the main highway on the West Coast but sat back far enough to make you feel isolated from the world. The rooms are comfy, the breakfast is bountiful and delicious and the animals are the friendliest! We stayed as a family of 8 and there was plenty more room for... More

We stayed as a family for a couple of days. The b&b is family friendly. The location is on the main road next to auchtertyre and just a few miles from kyle of lochalsh and eilean donan castle. The breakfast is very good and the eggs are delicious. We have got a family room. Toilet and shower were in adjacent... More

Our daughter visited this place and strongly recommended to stay her. We did it! Not easy to find but whoever wants to find it they will make it. Very authentic farm, very friendly owner (Brian), good sleep, fair price (30GBP/person/night) fresh food for breakfast and good discussion with Brian about the life in farm. We recommend to everyone who enjoys... More

Stayed at this excellent B&B whilst touring the Highlands. What a totally brilliant place. We were given the downstairs bedroom - complete with open fire and victorian proportions and decor. The room itself was large, with a double and a single bed, a comfy settee, TV and free wifi. My partner and I were dead tired and fell into bed,... More

We were on a short break visiting Skye in August 2013 and when away you need to find somewhere to stay. We were very lucky we found an excellent Farm House that does B&B. We found it very friendly, homely, comfortable - just what your looking for when you are away from home. Will definitely go back. A big thank... More

Fresh, clean and extremely welcoming place to stay. Traditional farmhouse with chickens wandering around and sheep/geese/horses in the field. Brian was an excellent host and the kids were thrilled to help feed the chucks and collect the eggs, and you cannot beat the freshest eggs you'll ever eat for breakfast. Shared bathroom, however we were on the same floor as... More

We stayed at this place last weekend. I think this is one of this under-rated and under-marketed places, but gets more exciting as you go along. Farm House is full of pleasant surprises. The building itself is centuries old, but at the same time it is not flashy or overwhelming in anyway. History doesnt stare at your face, but it... More
