We stayed here after we finished hiking the West Highland Way and had a great experience. The building is stunning piece of architecture. It is situated on a hill overlooking the entire town. Our hosts were also really friendly, even allowed us to wait in the common room till our train departed, well past our check-out time.

Amazing gardens and a beautiful building. We had a large room at the front with views to the loch and mountains. The hosts are gentle, hospitable people who will do their best to help you, wherever possible. The shower was hot at all times and tea/coffee making facilities were good. The TV in the room is a little small but... More

We booked two rooms: One room was very big and had a wonderful view. The other room was very narrow and had a view to the backyard (for the same price). There was a free parking space and free wifi. The breakfast was good and enough. We enjoyed our stay in this little castle.

The B&B is close to the centre of Fort William and the train station (slightly uphill). It's a really nice old building and was lovely to look at, both inside and out. Imaginative children would love staying here. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with our son in the room right next door. There is also a comfortable common room.... More

Dropped our bags straight off the sleeper, they welcomed us and let us into our room much earlier than usual. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view across the loch, very close to the station and the ferry. Very good breakfast selection.

A magnificent old mansion overlooking the town and river and within walk of all amenities. Large, well-equipped spacious rooms. Hearty breakfast. Charming hosts and a piano in the guest lounge that was in-tune! Everything you could ask for in a high quality Guest House.

We stopped a couple of nights and were well satisfied. The B&B has free parking and wifi and is well placed for the town centre. Breakfast was excellent and the room although small had all that was needed.

I had checked almost all the guest houses in fort william and all were booked.Thankfully,St.Andrews had one last twin room left during the available dates.I'm glad I booked it. Upon arriving,we had to walk just 10 minutes from the station to reach the place.Upon reaching,we were greeted with a beautiful sight of the green garden and the tall building.Sheena and... More

We booked late, so we had Room 1, which looked over the back. Nevertheless, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The house once incorporated a choir school, together with a rectory, but St Andrew's church lost out in becoming a cathedral (as originally intended) to Oban and it was converted into houses. The current owners bought both houses and converted them into... More

This b&b is a Great base for walking the city of Fort William. Close to buses and trains but Quiet and peaceful. There is a Beautiful view from out front, very accommodating owners and great Scottish breakfast. We would recommend it and will return again!
