Booked into this hotel using a groupon voucher I received as a gift , perhaps it was because it was a discounted price that we were allocated a room in the annexe of the hotel which to put it mildly has seen better days. Very old fashioned and in dire need of a makeover. Had our meal in the bar...

The place is pretty conveniently located if you want to hike in the Glen Nevis area and it has great facilities to help you train a little bit or relax after your walk. The breakfast is also quite diverse & tasty. Unfortunately, wifi is not available everywhere free of charge.

Stayed Friday and Saturday with two of my sons in a 3 single bedded room. Location is easy to find, parking free and a 20 minute amble from the centre. Reception was warm on arrival, no fuss and good communication. The room was adequate if a little overheated but clean and plenty towels for us all. We took full use...

We have been using the leisure club all week but not staying at the hotel. The leisure club is brilliant. Access to the gym, steam room, hot tub, sauna and pool as well as a seated area when you can sit for a drink. The facilities are brilliant and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back tomorrow!

Best food in Scotland bar none! The service is exquisite and the elements of being a pleasure to host you and offer lodging is welcoming to kids and parents alike. The Scottish Highlands are beautiful but just a month early I feel to see it at its full plumage. Would be spectacular at full bloom

Having paid attention to previous reviews, I opted for a refurbished room at the back of the hotel, to avoid road noise. The room was extremely small (twin), and rather cold, but very clean and functional. The floor length curtains covered the radiators, so I hoicked these up to let some warmth in. There was a lengthy walk, some of...

I stayed one night at the Ben Nevis Hotel. I was in one of the older rooms that have yet to be refurbished. This was fine as we would be late to the hotel and away early. The old rooms are tired and old fashioned, but I could live with it and I almost had a view of Ben Nevis....

I've passed this hotel many times and had occasion to stay there recently where I had booked in for two nights. - It seems to be a hotel that's well used by tradesmen working in the area. The front car park is usually very busy with vans and things BUT there is additional parking through the Arch round the back....
