A lovely traditional hotel, lovely staff, clean and the best food nothing too much trouble.A lovely Christmas spent here ..Close to Fort William and a nice walk by the Loch. The only thing is its a little steep going down to the town but not too bad if you walk by the church on the road to the right coming from hotel.

Was disappointed in the cold food and inaccurate orders. Staff and rooms were ok. Shame they got it wrong..Won't return. They really need to sort out the ordering and not leave people waiting. Its the breakfast that were the problem.A good restaurant manager could sort this with a staff meeting, so why don't they do it..
