We looked everywhere online for the best hotel in the highlands and the NBI had by far the best reviews. We found a 'good deal' for the suite at £155 per night. Our immediate impression of the room was pretty poor... It was very badly decorated and with absolutely no personality! The sitting room was bear as could be and...

We hadn't made a booking for Fort William so we were looking round on spec. We passed the Ben Nevis Hotel and Leisure complex and for some reason confused it with the Nevis Bank, we asked to see a room. Dreadful!!!! avoid at all costs, I then telephoned the Nevis Bank the lady on the phone was very helpful, they...

We stayed at the Nevis Bank Inn for three nights during a recent trip to Scotland. Although slightly more pricey than the other Fort William hotels it was definitely worth it! The rooms were a great size, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Not to mention the breakfast was out of this world!! Exactly what we needed before...

We booked online for 1 night and only wished we were staying a bit longer. Apart from a smallish room ( which didn't bother us as we only ever sleep in it !! ) this hotel deserved it's 4* !! We had a lovely meal and cocktail's in Brown's , which was very busy with local's, but the service was...

After reading the negative reviews about this hotel, I was hoping I wouldn't be joining them, but I'm afraid it was inevitable. We booked a suite for three nights, and it was lovely. Two spacious, modern, clean rooms with everything we needed. However, the breakfast experience went from bad to worse. I thought the large open bowls of cereal, yoghurt...

The Nevis Bank inn has clearly been refurbished to avery high standard. We booked online as part of a tour of Scotland and spent two nights there. Check in was smooth and the room was clean, bright and quiet, if a little small. The bed was very comfortable and the room pleasantly warm. The en-suite had a bath shower and...

Have just returned home from a three night stay at the Ben Nevis Bank and have to say I was most comfortable there and very well looked after by the kind, friendly and professional staff. The Browns restuarnt is excellent. Location is great both for walks up 'the Ben' and strolls into town and easily getting to the railway station....

Certainly not at the cheaper end of the market, but if you've just spent the week walking - and can afford a night or two of luxury - this is ideal. Rooms, bathroom, food, and the staff were all great. 5 stars, Margaret.

Stayed here for just one night whilst visiting Fort William. There's not a great choice of decent hotels in the town - in fact there's very little - which is why The Nevis Bank Inn stands out. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it's good to see that, in most places, the service and facilities have remained...

Enjoyed our three day break in Fort William and as we had booked the steam train trip to Mallaig we stayed at the Nevis Bank Inn as it is only a ten minute walk to the railway station. We're glad we did as it is an excellent small hotel offering good modern bedrooms with a good dining room serving really...
