Absolutely lovely b&b, cosy room with en-suite. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, & the owner put a bottle of champagne in our room, such a lovely touch. Although the owner was on holiday, the lady in charge made us most welcome & couldn't be more helpful.

We had a large clean room with plenty of space for a snug double bed, sofa, side table with tea and coffee facilities, ample wardrobe space, and a small en-suite shower room. From the window we could look out over the rooftops to the loch below. The location was excellent for us; just a few minutes walk down the hill... More

We booked a double-bed room and was given a room facing the mountain view. Room is lovely and clean, breakfast is good. The host is a nice guy. The guesthouse is located just above (up the slope) town. The only slight not so good thing is the weak flow of water from the shower head.

Wow - what a great stay! These guys are so friendly and even let the dog sleep in the room, which was a huge bonus! Ideal location close to the shops and local taverns. There is a Loch nearby which you can get to without too much trouble. We will be back!!

We stayed at Stobahn for 4 nights. We found the place to be very comfortable and clean and woke up each morning to a wonderful breakfast prepared by Giorgio. Out our window in the front of the house, we had a nice view of the water and mountains in the background. The B&B is located just a couple of blocks... More

Stayed one night after finishing the WHW. The owner was very friendly and polite. We had a double, twin and triple room. Décor is a bit chintzy but we loved it. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. the fruit salad must be seen to be believed. Ideally located just behind the main street, up a small hill,... More

I booked this guest house during the month of February 2016 and everything was confirmed by email and today I thought I would just call them to say 'hello' and that I looked forward to seeing them in the 13th. To my horror, they said that they had booked another party in from 10th -16th May 2016 and said that... More

great central location, fairly quiet street, ordinary house, basic amenities, pleasant widower owner Signor Boggi from Pisa, decent breakfast at 7/8/9 a.m. which is great for early starts. but - both nights people began moving about from 2 a.m., up and downstairs, outside and back, carrying stuff around, talking - silence would descend, then carry on again till well after... The B&B is only a short walk from the train station. Made feel welcome through out the stay and great value for money. Nice hearty Scottish breakfast to start the day off :) Thank you for a great stay :)

We stayed here for one night during JUne 2015. The owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. As far as I could tell there was no drying room as advertised but all our clothes was put outside and hung on the washing line, I felt our room was dated and the breakfast was pretty awful. Fort William is... More
