We stayed here 1 night. Pleasant but no lifts and steep stairs. No rooms on ground floor. No cold water in sink for one of our rooms. Breakfast good. Central to High Street and close to station. Staff pleasant.
We were working in fort William on a weekend and we stayed in the imperial. Older style hotel but suited our needs.
Food was really good in the hotel restaurant on the Friday evening and was excellent value for money.

Quality choices in Fort William are very limited! This is a typical overpriced, dull, Scottish 3 star hotel.
It is convenient for the end of the West Highland Way and the train south but that's it.
