We recently returned from our 7th visit to this hotel, in our opinion the best in fort William, with its friendly staff & welcoming bar.
We look forward to our next visit, especially for the cooked breakfast.

Stayed for a week through work .hotel needs a good upgrade beds are poor gave me a bad back all week springs popping every night . Toilets are noisey through rooms and noise travels .
Decoration with well paper peeling off walls in my room.and a damp smell .

We arrived in Fort William and essentially choose this hotel for a central location. We got a deal 2 nights with dinner, breakfast & a bottle of wine for the room on our first night. This hotel is just okay!! Food not the best which resulted in us eating out on the second night

This hotel is in a great location. There is a bar and restaurant on site had a few drinks in the hotel bar it was fine. The hotel is in need of a little update but the facilities were not too bad. Easy walk in to the town and all the amenities there.

Is this hotel disabled friendly?
dear guest, thanks very much for your enquiry but sorry we dont have any ground floor rooms and we dont have a lift in the hotel. so we are not disable friendly. if you are ok to climb stairs than it is ok. say to get on first floor as well we have 17 stairs. regards Reception
