The well equipped and appointed lodge with lovely cosy log burner is in such a privileged location - away from it all, with views of the Great Glen and mountains on every side. No view is ever quite the same as the conditions change all the time. Nature is everywhere around you - which is amazing, as are the stars...

We stayed here for a few days and the place is amazing, the owners are fabulous people where nothing is too much trouble and will help as much as they can. The area is amazing with abundant wild life, walks and hiking are fantastic although the hike up Ben Nevis was a challenge it was still amazing when you reached...

We stayed for 7 nights in this lovely wooden, well equipped cottage in August 2014. The first thing we noticed was the amazing view we had from the living room. The drive up to the cottage is really nice, and the cottage is located about a 15 minutes drive from Fort William. The owners were really helpfull. A perfect location...

A nice cottage with only nature around you. Very quiet, you only hear the lambs. Nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. We took our dog with us and this was no problem at all, a lot of grass around for your dog to walk. The weather was great, but you need to be a little...

With a surname to match Glen Loy/River Loy/Bein Loy there was only one place to stay in Scotland for us! What we new this place was going to be tranquil, secluded and just what we needed but it surpassed our expectations in every way. Firstly the drive to Inverskilavulin is amazing. Then the long single track road alongside a very...

My family and a couple of mates stayed at Campbell House, for a week in June 2014 so that we could go to the mountain bike world cup and also ride the downhill courses and trails on Aonach Mor at the Nevis Range. Campbell House was very clean and well presented with stunning views and surroundings. I am sure we...

Just arrived home after a week in Glenloy. Superb house with everything needed for a super holiday. The weather was unbelievable with temperatures every day in the high 20's. There is so much to see and do in the area but should you just want to relax then the views from the house are stunning and the atmosphere is very...

This secluded lodge was perfect for three of us, very comfortable and with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the living room of the Nevis range is simply stunning. It is c. 5 miles from Fort William, easy to go into town for shopping. For anyone with an interest in nature, Beinn Bhan lodge is an ideal, quiet spot....

“It is best to pick up some basic supplies in Fort William before you arrive, especially if you have travelled a long distance, as no welcome pack is provided, this isn't a problem as long as you are aware and you'll be ready for a cuppa when you get there.”

“Both lodges look ideal, but Beinn Loy probably has the better view and is a little further from the burn that runs past, making it safer if you have younger kids/toddlers.”
