I stayed here for 2 nights & was very happy. I had a comfortable bedroom & a hot shower. We were walking distance from a very nice restaurant, recommended to us by the owner, Liz, who was friendly & helpful. The breakfasts were very good & we had parking at the house which was great. If I were to ever... More

The Alltonside had a very homey feeling. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. It was too chilly to sit in the outdoor chairs and overlooked Lake Linnhe, but the view was lovely. Our tour started earlier than breakfast was served, so Liz (the owner) was accommodating and packed us breakfast sandwiches. On our second morning, we ate in the dining... More

We stayed at the Alltonside whilst we were doing a week long tour around Scotland. The B&B is cute but in a great location overlooking the Loch. We were given the front room, which had the fantastic views. The owners were lovely. Breakfast was great and there was free wifi and parking. The place is on the main road leading... More

As having not stayed in a family run B&B I was unsure what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and you had a key to come and go freely, all rooms have ensuite, we had room 5 and the mattress was sooooooooo comfortable my partner and I had the best nights sleep!... We use this Guesthouse as a stopover before crossing to Isle of Skye. It is easy to find along the main road to Fort William. It offer a stunning view of Loch Linnhe and is a short drive to Fort William. The host Liz is very friendly. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is good and enough to... More

This lovely little guest house is right on the loch with stunning views. The room was very clean and the wifi worked very well. There is a restaurant about a 6 minute walk away. The town centre is about a 5 minute drive away. You order your breakfast the night before and the breakfast was freshly cooked. I would stay... More

Had a brilliant stay at the Alltonside B&B. Liz could not have been more helpful. Room number 2 was very much a highland stlye room with stag bedding and cushions which was both comfortable and cosy. The view from the front of the property is stunning so we sat on the bench outside and watched the sun go down over... More

Liz Allton, our hostess, is the most remarkable breakfast chef. There was such a variety of foods available and all were delicious. Our room was comfortable with a large opening window. Private bathroom with everything we could need. Would definitely return when we are in the area, if they aren't already booked! Oh, and the wifi was a major plus.
