We stayed at Lynver Guest House for one night just after Christmas. The room was a good size, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and everything seemed fresh and homemade. The location is very good with an easy walk to Inverness for either the shops or restaurants. I would have no hesitation in going back.

Michelle and Brian were very sweet. The place is a short walk from downtown and in a cute little residential area. It was nice to have parking and the recommendations they gave were right on the money. Michelle and Brian were very welcoming and helpful in terms of suggesting local attractions to visit and offered help in arranging this. The rooms were very spacious, clean and pleasant. The location was central and within walking distance of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly prepared food and many choices. Good value for money, quality accomodation.

Michelle and Brian offered our group of 6 an excellent and friendly stay. The rooms were clean and well presented, a great size with all the required facilities. The ensuite bathrooms were spacious and clean. The centre of town was a 5 min walk. Every possible option was offered for breakfast. We would not hesitate in recommending this great B&B...

We recently returned from a whirlwind tour of Scotland, and stayed at four B&B's. All were very good, but Lynver House was a clear #1. The facilities are well thought out and very high quality; we didn't even know others were there until breakfast. It is in a great location, i.e. a quiet residential area but a 5 min. walk...

Thanks again to Brian and Michelle for having us for the Festival of Running. Breakfast fantastic and room wonderful - always with attention to detail. Even our diabetic cat was accommodated in their garage for which we're very grateful. See you again next year.

You can easily walk to the city centre in minutes and from there you can access shops and restaurants. Not the largest room but very cosy and good value for money. Breakfast has...

Michelle is the perfect host! Her spacious rooms are immaculate, with modern bathrooms. We loved the bed; extremely comfortable mattress and soft linens help make a comfortable night. Our breakfast was impressive: trout, eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt. and other choices. Michelle even remembered that two in our party are allergic to strawberries and milk. She provided other fruit choices and...

“Our room was at the front of the house and although on a busy road, we weren't bothered with traffic noise, The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the inclusion of a mini fridge meant we could buy our packed lunches the day before and keep them fresh. The en-suite bathroom was very contemporary and like everywhere else, kept spotlessly clean every day - my husband could have stayed in the shower all day!”
