My husband and I along with my brother and sister in law were here for 3 nights in August. Margaret and Neil are gracious hosts. Lots of information about where to eat, sights to see and out of the way Tea Room.. in a neighboring town on our ride to the Highlands. I was concerned before our arrival about the... More

Neal greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us to a very comfortable room, very well and thoughtfully appointed, with nice en suite. Delicious breakfast, would recommend the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

This will always be my first choice to stay while in Inverness. I cannot speak highly enough of The Bluebell House and Mary & Neal the proprietors. They definitely made you feel like family. The rooms were charming, the breakfast's were great, the location convenient to everything and private parking an additional boon. Mary and Neal were extremely helpful regarding... More

We stayed here two nights in late July, using it as a base for touring the Inverness area. The location is perfect; just a few minutes walk to river and Inverness town center. There is a supermarket just down the street. Our room was fronting the street, but we had no problems as the traffic noise stopped when we closed... More

There is much to recommend in this charming, B & B located in a lovely part of Scotland. The rooms are anything but standard--we had a four-poster and there was something agreeably not-of-this age about fittings and furniture--it reminded me of some of the little places we'd stayed at in the Netherlands with a similar sturdy burgherly elegance. The family... More

We stayed only one night, but would definitly recommond this B&B. Very good and fresh breakfast. Good tips for visiting the city by a short walk and where to have good dinner. Has its own parking lot at the back

We stayed in the ground floor 4-Poster room for an extra £5.00 per night. Well worth every penny. One of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. Our hostess was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great B&B situated perfectly in Inverness. It’s easy to get in and out of by vehicle and has its own parking lot around the back of the property (a BIG bonus in a city where on-street parking can be tricky). The location is also perfect for exploring the city by foot. We could easily walk to all... More
