We had a fantastic meal here with great service. I'd definitely recommend the Old North Inn to everyone. They serve real chips, not frozen ones. Staff were very attentive without being intrusive. They also have a huge car park so there's always plenty of space to park.

This is a pub restaurant we have known over the years for family gatherings and visits. On our recent stay with relatives in Inverness we visited this pub for lunch with a 94 year old Uncle who lives just a few hundred yards from this pub. Our niece was reluctant to go here, because she said it had changed hands... More

The staff here were friendly and pleasant, but the room was a disappointment really. The beds creaked whenever you moved, and the flooring creaked too. The toilet lid seemed to be almost stuck to the seat and made a terrible noise if you wanted to use the toilet! The shower was very low powered and ineffective.

When we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful and we were shown to our room. There is provision in the bar area for people with dogs ( no extra charge for a dog) and we looked forward to our evening meal. My wife is gluten intolerant and the chef was extremely helpful is going through the menu and... More

Nice little Inn. A little dated but I thought this added to the character of the building. Room was clean and tidy on arrival and was kept like this through our stay. Shower was lovley and hot. A few minor things like the bathroom was a little dark and as windows are single paned, during the day traffic could be... More

Staff pleasant .food good. But room 8 above kitchen was very noisy until 11pm with staff outside talking loudly whilst tidying up . Hotel looks tired and could do with money spent on refurbishing . Pricey for standard of room .

Sunday dinner arrived looked good but beef was tough and the yorkshire pudding was soggy (microwave) dessert was a bit better . The decor was cosy but tired but this shouldnt matter as long as your sunday dinner is good.

Stayed here for one night in a family room which was good size, very clean & had really comfortable beds. The only slight fault with our room was that towel rail in bathroom was missing.Plenty of coffee, tea hot chocolate etc to have in room. Staff were great, helpful & friendly. Breakfast had a great selection & waitress came back several... More

I can only comment about a visit to the bar, at the back of the hotel, which has a pool table, dart board, TV etc and a few tables and chairs. Are we actually going to dine here - yes we are because the staff will serve from the restaurant menu for people like us with a dog. Not only... More
