We were welcomed by impolite and uninterested staff. Staying on their telephone rather then helping us. They couldnt care less about us, so it seemed. Room was a hygienic nightmare. Old stained carpet. Dirty bed with hairs from last visitors. Shower dirty and molded stained. Disgrace! Only positive point is the location in the heart of Inverness .

Thank you for your comments. We will look into this very seriously as our rooms are out every night and this is definitely not how we want to be remembered. Sorry your stay was not as expected. More

Conveniently located in the centre of inverness. Usual wetherspoons but nice that it included some scottish dishes and also some of the beers were nice and scottish. It started off a bit noisy with a few families with young children but then a mixed audience from americN tourists to ditch truck drivers and couple etc. Had a nice meal, service... More

Well - came on recommendation of friend who said Whitby hotel was " wonderful " This,(Inverness) however is very poor from reception welcome to smelly hallways poorly supplied rooms and a general low budget style.(not worth £99 per night) DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Brilliant value for money, the room was spotless and had everything I needed. The only downside was the room was very warm and there was no way to regulate the heat- the window only opens a little way and didn't really help.

Thank you for a great review. We could've supplied you with a fan if you had notified reception that the room was very warm. More

Everything you need for a stay in a hotel. Good price, great location, spotlessly clean and welcoming staff. Thank you for making our couple of days in Inverness that bit special. We hope to return sometime soon.

Stayed in this holiday whilst on a self-drive road tour throughout the UK, the hotel is located on one of the main streets in Inverness. Since the room was un-air conditioned we need to have the window open during the night but were kept awake by the noise of seagulls and the mechanical plant on the building next door. Pros... More

Thank you for your review. you can park directly on the street outside the Hotel from 6pm to 8am for free out with these hours you get 1hours paid parking the car park that we recommend is Rose Street multi storey car park which is a 3 minute walk back to the hotel. There is nothing we can do about... More

It was a lovely hotel, better than expected and would stay again. We only stayed overnight but was a quiet hotel even though above a busy pub. Rooms could do with a little more light in though but otherwise spacious

Stayed for one night in early July. Room was excellent, modern, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. Rooms have a large flat screen TV. Don't be put off because it's a Wetherspoons.

You expect chain hotels like this with their big customer research budgets to meet certain standards, and this one was everything I expected: clean, efficient, welcoming, well-venitlated, modern and in good order. Yes, I would come back.
