Accommodation was all as advertised, the only surprises were positive. This B&B represented excellent value for money. The room was extremely clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a decent selection of cereal, toast, fruit, juice and tea/coffee. Customer service was very good and they went over and above helping me out when I lost my wallet for which...

The natural light poors in the room we chose, which faces the canal that runs through Inverness. Extremely well-kept carpets ensure a low level of noise. Our host, wearing a perpetual smile, caters to her guests needs most adequately - be aware that "Continental breakfast" doesn't do justice to all the variety of food that is actually offered every morning:...

Stayed in the guesthouse for one night. It's located within convenient walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are of a good budget standard and the continental breakfast had everything we wanted. The host couple are really friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger in the room when we left and they sent it to me after a...

The staff at this place were friendly, and the location and view of the river were great. I do also agree with other reviewers that if some improvements to the room would make the place live up to it's full potential e.g. nicer towels and tea / coffee items.

The Talisker Guest House is situated on Ness Bank in Inverness. It is perfectly located for easy access to the town, the stunning Ness Islands, and to Eden Court, which attracts top names in the entertainment world, musicals and Scottish Food Festivals to name a few. My week's stay at Talisker was most enjoyable, - my single room on the...

Spent four nights in Talisker in June and was delighted by every aspect of the experience. Comfortable, clean, compact bedroom at the top of the house which suited my budget perfectly. Noise free nights meant great sleeps to set me up for busy days, started with the perfectly adequate “help yourself” continental breakfast. Talisker is well positioned for a quick...

Right on the river this old house has been beautifully modernised with the loveliest cream coloured carpet throughout the house. Gives a brightness that tartan places so lack. My room for one was compact and good value as I requested for my 3 day budget visit. The rooms overlooking the river look perfect. 10 mins from the centre just along...

I am baffled by this review which states that the reviewer stayed with us in September 2014 when he has not stayed with us at any time.He was politely informed in response to a telephone enquiry that it was our policy not to take young children. We have adopted this policy to accommodate our customers in response to noise problems we...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Talisker. The view over the river was beautiful, It was really close to the town center but it was really quiet and peaceful. Our room was absolutely spotless and breakfast was really good. We would definitely recommend it!! Thank you

We stayed there for three nights. The location is very lovely, next to the river and still only a five minutes walk to the centre of Inverness. Phuong is a warm and helpful person, we felt very welcome.
