We stayed at The Kemps Guest House over New Years and could not recommend it more. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

A leisurely 20 minutes walk from the railway station so good for train excursions to the Kyle, Thurso and Aberdeen. Room and bathroom spotless and very pleasant hosts who were willing to offer that bit extra. Good to have a residents' lounge and off road parking too. Will recommend.

Great experience, 2 lovely people, and we were more than happy with the stay, and accommodation. Very welcoming, and breakfast was superb. Best breakfast we have had all week while travelling. Nothing negative to say here, just all good! P&K

Stayed for one night and had a lovely time. Eunice and Brian are lovely hosts, room and bathroom was tidy and clean, the breakfast was good too. Even though the guest house is located to a busy street, I didn't hear any traffic noise in my room.

An excellent stay in Inverness. The house is located about 20mins walk from the centre of the town, making it very easy to get around everywhere. The host Brian was very welcoming and friendly. He was very easy to talk to and very helpful in where to eat and about the area. The room was great, super clean, comfy bed,...

The B&B is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean. Eunice and Brian were great hosts. They recommended a couple of wonderful restaurants in the area. The breakfasts were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place

The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and filling. The hosts were friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for more. It is a short walk to anywhere in downtown Inverness so you could easily get by without a car (although probably too long a walk with bags from train or bus station).

By far, the 'warmest' B&B we have stayed in Scotland, ie., the heater seems to be on all the time and I meant it in a good way, as the temperature outdoors dips below 10. Simple and comfortable with a good breakfast. The wash basin in the room is at a little awkward place next to the bed. Car park...

Great little B&B. Location was perfect, not too far from city centre, but within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, they cook a great fry up in the morning. Will definitely be staying again next time we're in inverness
