No problems, had a very nice view of the castle from the window. My partner and I thought the room was too hot even with the windows open and I think the heating was left on in the room. The bed and bathroom were great, spacious and probably just would have wanted some more tea bags/milk for the room.

We loved this hotel and the location is very convenient. It was nice to be able to walk out the front door without having to find a parking spot for a vehicle. It was also close to Loch Ness which we came to visit. The overall the experience was very popular and very positive.

Good value for money, pretty standard Premier Inn with oh so comfortable Hypnos Beds. We ate in the Tyne restaurant in the evening, good deal and food acceptable. Nice breakfast, lovely Scottish black pudding. Free limited Wi-fi Make sure you book the Inverness Centre (River Ness) hotel, 19-21 Huntly Street, if you want to be close to the city center... More

Our second stay at this hotel and fifth time to Inverness. The hotel is right on the banks of the River Ness so ideally placed to explore the city. There's a small car park at the back - first time we've used it and whilst it was busy on Sunday morning, by the time we got back at lunchtime, there... More

Pleasantly and conveniently situated on west side of the river this Premier Inn has good comfortable rooms. The attached restaurant serves a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Recommended to anyone looking for unpretentious accommodation in Inverness.

Very nice end to The Great Glen Way. The room was large, had a view of the river and had a very welcome bath. The reception process was odd. It was a diy process with a touch screen that struggled if you didn't have a car registration number. But we managed this. We didn't have the problems with parking that... More

Premier Inns are like Easyjet. They do what is says on the tin but I found this facility overpriced relative to quality. I did eat there and the meal was not expensive but very similar to what you would get in economy on an America airline on an intercontinental flight - bland, impersonal and fairly tasteless.

Reasonable price, modest accommodations. Not quite what I'm used to, but I knew that when I booked. Good location (walkable from the train station). You pay when you check in, you pay before you eat breakfast (which wasn't bad for the price ESP since kids eat free). Thin towels, uncomfortable pillows- but again, reasonable price for the location and room.... More

We stayed here on our recent trip to the Black Isle show. We parked in the car park (after we figured out how to use the ticket machine) and headed into the town to catch our train. When we returned, we checked in and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Our room looked over the river which was lovely... More
