Myself and 2 friends stayed here for one night last week and we were all delighted with the accommodation and service. What a beautiful B&B and the room decor and comfort was above and beyond any other B&B I have stayed in. Less than a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The breakfast was perfect! Cannot wait to return!

The great thing about this B&B is that is very close to the river ness and the town for shopping and dining out. The rooms are clean and the price is very good for being close to the town. The breakfast is ok, coffee could be better, and the poached eggs did not look like they had been chefy poached,...

Louise and Jimmy haven't been in the B&B business long, but you would never know. This lovely couple are warm, welcoming and unobtrusive, providing rooms that are peaceful, comfy and very quiet, yet are only a stone's throw away from the restaurants and nightlife of Inverness. Not to mention the lovely and very filling breakfast! Beautiful place.

First impressions were good in that the B & B is a double fronted house which looks very grand. Interior likewise surroundings, more like a hotel. Excellent, friendly service. Great breakfast. Very comfy bed and room to high standard. Very good location, 5 minute walk to the river and centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for four nights which was included in my 5D4N Highland tour, and the experience was nice. Owners were helpful and nice, gave me a warm welcome and farewell. Breakfast was good and the room was so quiet and I did sleep like a pig for those few nights, which was good as I could have some good rest after...

Stayed with Rodney and Gayle in September 2015 for 4 nights. This was booked for me through a tour company so I really didn't know what to expect. I loved the feel right away! The room was tidy, clean and well stocked. Rodney and Gayle worked very hard to make all the guests feel welcome, the food was brilliant and...
