Start with the good , great covid measures, friendly staff , very clean, lovely room, great breakfast, value for money and convenient location. Our room was fresh and comfortable, top marks for that . Downside, from a management perspective, some poor systems in place and poor communication which makes the customer experience suffer. An example being Poor communication, where our restaurant booking was on the sheet but no space for us. However enjoyable stay and staff work damn hard. Whilst issues experienced annoyed me it didn’t ruin the stay thankfully.

Hotel's Favorite
Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff. The food was amazing. Breakfast was great. The bistro is a lovely place to have a drink and a meal. Bar staff are all very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. We had a small issue with our room. Television wasn't working properly and the fan in the toilet didn't work. We paid for an upgrade too. I mentioned this when we were checking out and they refunded the cost of the upgrade. Even though we had an issue I would 100% stay again. Your staff are a credit to you. 😊

Hotel is in a Very good location. Hotel is fairly new (refurbished) even so the doors (to our bedroom) and carpet on the 3rd floor looked old fashion. Bed/Mattress really good Pool is big enough to make lengths of swimming. On the down side in the bathroom there is no lead for the shower. We had 2 small bottle of gel shower when we arrived for 3 nights and that is it. We had no shower gel on the 3rd day neither shampoo I know it is Covid but the breakfast quality stopped us having anything there for lunch or dinner Anyway recommend this hotel to visit inverness and the highlands

Spent three nights at this fabulous hotel last week. Recieved a warm welcome by receptionist on arrival Lovely modern clean room with good facilities large flat screen tv.Bright and cheerfull bar bistro area with good service. We asked on arrival if we could visit the spa the receptionist booked a session for us and sent bathrobes and slippers to our room. The spa is lovely. We were allowed to use the pool sauna and a session in the jacuzzi for a forty five minute period. The hotel has a very good covid 19 protocol. You have a choice to have your room cleaned or not. There is a full breakfast menu available.Highly recommended hotel on Inverness waterfront. Thanks to all the wonderful staff

Hotel is by the river and has great views of the castle. All the staff were friendly and cheerful and keeping to the COVID-19 procedure. We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast each morning. The selection on menu was good and tried something different every day. We had dinner at night on one occasion and it was very good. The bar area is well set out for having drinks during the day or night. Our room was a little bit hot at night but not that bad, can always open the window. Rooms are smart and bright, cleaning staff cleaned room every day, you get a choice whether to have them in room or not. We’re glad we picked this Hotel and will be back.
