We stayed here after making a impromptu check out from another unsavoury b&b. They accommodated us even though it was very last minute and gave us a lovely room with everything we needed. Breakfast was ample and delicious and has lovely views of Loch Ness. Would definitely stay again.

Having stayed in this hotel a year ago, I was disappointed this time around. Our room was better and more modern this year but the food at breakfast and in the restaurant for dinner was not up to last year's standard. The restaurant menu has changed to be more "Pub Food" and the quality was not has high as last... More

Comfortable room with comfy bed. Great breakfast choice of buffet or cooked. Shower had plenty of pressure and certainly made me come alive. Ate in the bar and would recommend if you were looking for good food in a relaxed environment.

Stayed there Sept 16 & 17. Stayed in room 410. Room had water stains, dirty carpet. Breakfast was average. Front desk, especially Robert, nice but clueless/ineffective. We got there a day late due to a flight cancellation and had asked for an extension/courtesy. We were told "15% off your bill" which would soften the impact, at checkout was told: "We... More

A comfortable and quiet old fashioned hotel, the Glen Mhor Hotel was a great place to stop for the night before our hiking trip through the Highlands. Inverness is a picturesque town and the hotel's setting, right on the edge of the river, provided easy access to stroll and admire the view of the castle and surroundings. Also convenient were... The hotel is an excellent 3 star establishment. Very well located being close to the centre and overlooking the river; there is ample free paking for guests. The restaurant could probably benefit from some feng shui but all in all a very satisfactory stay. Thank you.

Tired facility with horrifically uncomfortable beds. Needs a face lift. Scottish Breakfast disappointing at best. Front desk staff (Robert) worthless. Manager (Emanual) no where to be found - and unresponsive to our inquiries - couldn't find the time of day to reach back out. Multiple times we stopped by the front desk - each time with no help. Only thing... More

Nice old-fashioned hotel next to the river. I had a river view room which had great views over the Ness. The room was large but had a very small desk at which I had just enough room for my laptop. Initially the TV didn't work, but maintenance were called from reception and it was fixed promptly. I stayed in a... More

This hotel is very eclectic. In the main areas it felt warm and rustic. The rooms however are very modern. I felt like we were sleeping in a room at IKEA. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, along with the view of the river while taking breakfast. The only drawback is no lifts. We did have staff assistance with our luggage,... More
