We just returned from a wonderful, 3-night stay at the Glenmoriston Town House Hotel in Inverness. The hotel is ideally located right along the River Ness, and it is a quick 5-minute walk to both the centre of town and to the Ness Islands. Our spacious and comfortable room had an amazing view of the river, and the food in...

Great location, a short walk into the town. My first stay in glenmoriston, usually book the kingsmill when up for work. I was initially given room 11, attic room and the bathroom was terrible. The bath had no standing shower and was very awkward to get in and out of. I asked for a change with a walk in shower....

Our room was in the main building and the room was very cosy - we visited in the winter and it was freezing outside so it was nice to go back to a warm room. Kettle and tea set available for coffee or tea. We also had a big fancy bathroom - had a bath in it after being out...

The hotel is located on the riverside overlooking the castle. I booked via the hotels web site which offered the best price. The hotel was very clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Resturant was relaxing and the food was great. The bar was well stocked with a number of whiskeys and gins. The barman took...

What a lovely hotel. Reception was pleasant and like many have commented before I was over the car park in the Windsor suite. Not a problem for me. Rooms were comfortable and what you would expect for the money I was paying. Everything was good, wifi strong, shower hot and bed comfortable. Breakfast back in the main hotel was fantastic....

Stayed here overnight when up visiting family. £60 B&B for two - very reasonably priced and breakfast was nice. We also tried a cocktail or four in the bar; they were very nice so we had both pre and post dinner drinks with a pianist pumping out various 70s and 80s classics.

This was our fourth visit and is our number one choice when staying in Inverness. As always the service and quality was first class from check-in to check-out. Many thanks for another visit to remember!

Upon arrival we had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to reception. We were then told we had to pay a deposit of the cost of the room plus £50 which we had not been told about or sent detail on. The room was small but clean and comfortable, a courtesy call 10 minutes later was appreciated....

My wife booked this hotel for a two night stay as a birthday treat for me. Initially I was impressed particularly with the location, however, once booked in we found that we were put in the Windsor suite, which is a separate building across the car park. This was not mentioned when booked. We therefore had to brave the elements...
