Stayed here for a couple of days early February. I was checked in by a very friendly receptionist called Victoria who made me feel welcome straightaway. I had room 17, ground floor in the separate building. Everything was clean and all the amenities were there. Loved the complimentary water and the hot chocolate sachet. Housekeeping was fantastic and the room... More

On the bank of the River Ness, with only a 5 minute walk to the City Centre, this hotel was ideally located. The walk is very pleasant, particularly at night, with the fast flowing river by your side and the lit trees lining the bank. A double room, for two people, with breakfast = £75.00. No complaints.

We spent one night in a lovely spacious room with a river view. The staff were friendly, helpful and the breakfast varied and good quality. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town centre ,Inverness Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. We would not hesitate to recommend The Glenmoriston to visitors to the highland capital.

I really enjoyed my stay here. From checking in to checking out, I couldn't find any fault. The staff were all friendly and polite. The receptionist made me feel welcome on arrival and ensured I had all the info I needed. I don't usually eat in hotels, preferring to find a good restaurant nearby, but I looked at the menu... My fiancé and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel after celebrating my birthday. We had a lovely stay. Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, amazing cocktails and breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always so happy to help, very attentive. When we were getting settled in to our room, we felt that our room was... More

I stayed for one night in the Glenmoriston prior to a business meeting. I arrived late so I can't comment on the dinner etc. I had booked my room through 'Late Rooms'. Whilst the room was small it was fine and perfectly functional. The staff did all they could to help me. I will stay here again.

2 night stay in January. Great views from our room across the river. Food and service was great throughout our stay. Couldn't find fault anywhere, well worth a visit. Breakfast choices where we'll above your average for continental / self service selections and delicious cooked options too. Great evening meal also .

After the "chilly" experience of our first visit (cold, wet and windy winter night) this was a very much improved stay. The room on this occasion in the main building was warm, clean, spacious and the bed so comfortable. From the large bay window we had a fabulous view of the river Ness and the surrounding area. The staff were most... More

The stay and the food were beyond expectation. Booked on a whim on the internet, first time in the UK that I left a 15% tip. Both seafood and venison were cookedto perfection, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel room was also above expectation. Thoroughly recommend all including the piano bar. Doesn't get much better.

Have stayed here many times for work and always very impressed with the staff and especially the food- the best hotel in Inverness. Room sizes can vary significantly but all I need is a bed and a desk to work at. For food and location could not ask for better hotel!
