Went here with my family. We are two adults and two children. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an adjoining room and it made our stay even better. Located just outside the city centre but near the cinemas and retail park makes it very convenient without the hussle and bustle of the city traffic or noise....

As with most HI Express, these hotels deliver exactly what you need, and all you need. Comfy, clean & quiet rooms, hassle-free fast wi-fi, everything you could want at breakfast without the unnecessary faff you get in more expensive hotels. Maybe some music, or at least the volume up on the TV in the breakfast room, as it was a...

We usually stay at the this Holiday Inn Express on our twice yearly travels to Inverness to visit friends. Always find the rooms clean - beds comfortable with good white bed linen and towels. Breakfast also very good. HOWEVER Our complaint is the fact that dogs are permitted in bedrooms. On a previous visit to this hotel we found guests...

Free parking, snacks/soft drinks/nibbles available to buy in the reception, drinks bar and pizza, smart bedroom, comfy bed and breakfast included - whats not to like at a price similar to a budget lodge.

Good location and the front desk staff were good but that is about where it ends. I've stayed at a few Holiday Inn Express hotels which were always great value but this one was a let down. The duvet on the bed was very lumpy and in some parts had no filling left. Shower was average with warm but not...

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and for giving feedback concerning your recent stay. One night stay here on Saturday after Aberdeen's win in Dingwall. Cosy room, comfy bed. Location isn't ideal - £7.50 each way in a taxi to the centre of Inverness. Heater was on overnight as it was cold but the heater was really noisy! Staff friendly, decent shower. Will aim for something more central next time.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I hope that you enjoyed the County vs Aberdeen match. We are out of town and understand that this may not be the ideal location for some guests wishing a more central position within our city. Our hotel is ideally located for guests wishing to visit the cinema...

This is a nicely situated, out of town hotel. There is easy access to cinema, chain restaurants and fast food outlets such as Frankie and Benny's, pizza hut, burger king, even a cheeky Nando's. Across the carpark a good pub/restaurant serving good beers and typical pub food to a high standard. A short taxi ride will get you into Inverness...
