Gerat location with a view across the firth to Inverness from the breakfast room. A bit cramped room ( famely room with two single and one double bed ),bathroom ensuite. Matress on one of the single beds had seen better days. Delightfull breakfast with homemade jam and marmelade. Very friendly hosts.

Comfortable beds, nice room, working wifi and and decent traditional Scottish breakfast but room wasn't very clean (hair in the shower, tea/coffee facilities were sticky and unit had left over tea cup rings, windowsills were dusty. The basic cleanliness was not up to scratch. Products in the bathroom had been decanted into bottles which did not reflect what we were...

It was really nice to stay with Anne & David, they were kind and funny. Tolds us were to see the dolphins and the seals and all the whereabouts worth seeing. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There's the possibility to talk a walk near the lake and enjoy the nice view. We enjoyed it very much, thank...

We stayed at the Mount Pleasant for two nights and will never forget the warm welcome and kindness we found there. Comfortable and clean room. Free wi-fi, parking and DVD for the kids available in the room. Anne & David are available to help and support in every need or kids' questions about the dolphins.... worth seeing them. We stayed in Mount Pleasant for two nights in 2012, Aug. It is in a quiet zone, near the sea, 15 minutes to Inverness centre. Room was clean and confortable, just a little too small for three people (me, my wife and our 10 years old daughter). Breakfast was good enough, with a limited choice of juice and fruit. Owners...

An excellent find - a warm welcome from Anne & David, the room was well appointed and spotlessly clean, great shower, and the breakfast!!! Beautifully presented and delicious, this is the "Full Scottish" that others aspire to - and the magnificent home-made marmelade is not to be missed. We really appreciated the attention to detail, so many well thought out...

Warm welcome bij Anne and David. Nice room, with lots of space. Good breakfast and nice view from the breakfasttable! Just a little bit more cleaning of the rooms would give this an extra star!

By far the best and most home from home guest house we have ever stayed in, David and Anne are a superb couple with a property that deserves far more credit from the scottish tourist board than it has been awarded. Me and my partner couldnt fault it, we had a taste of Scotland at breakfast haggis and pototo bread...

Myself and girlfriend Lisa have stayed in some lovely places, but this has been and will be, the warmest welcoming anyone could ask for. Arriving earlier than expected, we met our hosts Anne and David. WOW! What a smashing couple. With a great bedroom and shower, how does it get better? Well! It's simple really! It was the viewing of...
