Had a great one night stay here. Lovley decor , clean room with great facilities, good cooked breakfast to order. Free parking in a great location near city centre. Good price for being central. Would certainly stay again when next in Inverness. Hosts welcoming and great communication when booking.

We arrived to Carisbrook around midnight (after our flight was delayed) the landlord kindly stayed up for us (I did inform them of the delay). The landlord was friendly and asked us about our tour we had booked the next day and informed us about where to go. Our room was simple and exactly what we needed. (Bed was a...

Only positive is off street parking and possibly the location. The room was extremely small, the bathroom a cupboard and we couldn't bring ourselves to use the shower. My lampshade held together by black gaffer tape. The arms on the chair need decontaminating and cleaning. The bed sheets drying on the radiator in reception didn't appeal. The breakfast cereals were...

Stayed here for one night and got the warmest welcome from Danny. The room was small but very tidy and nice and so was the bathroom. Nice with private parking and the breakfast was good. Danny offered a great, free wifi and recommended restaurants and how to travel on from there. Really liked it!

We stayed here for one night in June and the owner, Danny was the most helpful host ever. The room was great, clean and had everything we needed. The price was also very good concidering the central location. We had no breakfast booked but that was not a problem, even with short notice. We only paid 10 pounds for a...

My wife & I stayed at Carisbrooke on first night in tour of Highlands of Scotland. The Guest House is well located easy to find. Beautiful ton house, Danny was a excellent host and very attentive. Lovely bedroom and the only negative would be a small bathroom & shower, however we still enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for one night and so glad I booked this superb Guest House ( more like a boutique hotel ! ) As a solo traveller I arrived from the station after a long journey. Lovely Danny made me feel right at home, spent time offering advice and cheerfully carried my heavy case upstairs. What a beautiful room, spotless, comfy bed,...

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation is close to the centre, just a short walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi and off road parking is also available. Danny our host gave us expert advice which we followed and were not disappointed. You can choose your breakfast each morning which was plentiful,...

This is a real home from home - spotlessly clean, with modern furnishings and a beautiful en suite. Its location is handy for the town and for the Ness Islands. Danny the host was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast he served was first class. We'll definitely be back!
