This is a super B&B! Large immaculate and comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. Excellent breakfasts. Great location close to Inverness and handy too for the Spey Valley and Moray Coast. We will be back.

We were looking for a nights accommodation close to Nairn and Inverness. This place is in between and is down a quiet track off a B road. Big room beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The lady was charming and we found we only had 2 tea bags which were quickly supplemented after we asked; nothing is too much! Quiet room...

I was working in Inverness the next morning and was booked into this lovely B&B. It's in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Surrounded by fields and oh so quiet. Fiona the owner is lovely, very friendly and chatty. Room was huge! Double bed, single bed lovely comfy sofa that i could have slept on had I wanted to! Proper...

Great location out of the city but close to the Inverness area. Hostess was friendly as well and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the morning. My daughter loved the horses on the property. The room was large enough for all 4 of us and had a large bathroom. The wifi was ok, it was slow and...

If you want a quiet place to stay only a short distance from Inverness then this is definitely the place to stay. Fiona is a delightful host & the place is immaculately clean. I chose the location deliberately because it is not in the centre where it can be congested with traffic moving through. I looked at a number of...

Second visit to Ardbrea, just as good as the first. Lovely room, nice and clean, great breakfast. Run by a really nice family who will make you very welcome. We were on motorbikes touring Scotland. This hotel makes a great base for touring the very best roads in the whole of the UK. From Ardbrea you can go to Ullapool,...

Fiona gave us a warm welcome to Ardbrae House, even though we arrived much later than expected. It is just a few minutes outside of Inverness. The grounds are very nice; we awoke in the morning to the sight of horses and chickens in the fenced-in yard. We stayed in 2 rooms, which were spotless and quite large. The handicapped...

My husband and I stayed at Ardbrae House during our honeymoon this past May and we had a lovely experience! Fiona was such a wonderful host, and so very sweet. We didn't plan out B&Bs for most of our trip, and ended up booking them as we traveled. We heard about Ardbrae from fellow guests at a B&B in Ireland....

We were met by Paul who was deputising for Fiona and he certainly made us feel welcome! We were given a huge room with a large en-suite room. Our view of the fields was lovely. Everywhere was so clean and smart. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was very powerful! Breakfast was good and overall we would recommend a...

This place gets everything right. Exceptionally spacious and well furnished and provisioned, and run to a professional standard by a lady who clearly understands customer service, it's a real pleasure to encounter such sheer quality. It just goes to prove yet again that what you pay and what you get in Scotland, as in the rest of the UK, bear...
