The hotel was lovely, spectacular entrance into the bar area, confortable and warm. But don't ask them to fix the tv if it goes wrong. The first night we stayed the tv did work properly, they tried to fix it and said that if they couldn't they would give us another room. We stayed for two nights and i'm still...

The hotel is ideally situated and is currently undergoing refurbishment. The food is lovely and there are free movies on the tvs in rooms. I have stayed quite a bit in the past and have always enjoyed it. The only reason the hotel fails to get 5 stars from me this time is the fact that my room had been...

Stayed on business . The hotel was handy for railway station. Minimalist rooms but all that was needed. The staff were very obliging. Excellent breakfast. I would stay there again if I was in Inverness.

first time of staying at this hotel, we arrived early and they were able to keep our bags safe whilst we did some shopping. we managed to get into the room early too, which was a boost. the room itself was big, with a walk in shower. good size TV and free movies and music etc. The kettle was a...

Had a lovely 2 day stay at the Pentahotel in Inverness. Staff were brilliant, room clean and bed comfy. Could do with an extractor fan in the bathroom. Food was very good, especially the tasty steak and breakfast buffet could not be better. Reception/bar area had lots of lovely touches, eg candles, flowers and free pool table was great also....

Located 5 minutes walk from Inverness Railway Station this hotel has been newly refurbished. The bed and pillows are very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities in the room and complementary very nice toiletries. My only minor niggle is that the bathroom is a wet room with a shower that goes from hot to cold and not enough drainage...

The hotel itself is in an ideal central location, great for bars, pubs and restaurants. The decor is aimed at the younger market and can be likened to a Hollister clothing store, and smells like one too. The rooms on first inspection look great, although once you start to thumb through the web T.V on offer you soon realise it's...

Enjoyed the stay. Beds were very comfy and room was very clean. Only downside was we were originally given a disabled room which really did not suit us but within 2 minutes reception had given us a better room. Reception and bar area was very relaxing.

We stayed in a lovely big room with a decent sized tv and tea/coffee facilities. The room was very clean and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. On both occasions we have stayed my partner has emailed and asked for special requirements and they have been fantastic with making sure everything is perfect for us.

Location of this hotel if fantastic, for where ever you need to get to in Inverness. We were not happy to pay £30 for breakfast so we went out for breakfast both mornings. Staff were helpful and allowed us a late check out on the Sunday which was really helpful. As we had a late flight they also stored our...
