I stayed in this hotel this weekend just past (Friday 22nd check in, Sunday 24th departure) and the experience was disappointing for a number of reasons. On arrival, the person at the bar/reception area was pleasant. Informal but friendly. The room we stayed in was small. Much smaller than other rooms we've stayed in at that price point. It was... It's overpriced for what you get. Also, staff looked overwhelmed and not very experienced. It took them 40 minutes to check me in despite the fact I had prebooked and prepaid in full. Checkout took a few attempts to get things right. The bar is expensive. Location is good though.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago when in Inverness for business, bit strange checking into the hotel at the bar but nice hotel in central location. Meals are nice enough and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would stay again if the opportunity arises

A group of friends from Active LifeStyles Club, St Albans, Hertfordshire visited Inverness last week. The hotel had a great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Food was good and we thorougly enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed there. A great place to stay.

We came to see Inverness to vist the Isle of Skye, but will never return. The hotels here are overpriced. Pentahotel Inverness is a case in point. I paid over $200 (US) per night, but the rooms look like a cheap college dormitory with 5" mattresses, beat-up old furniture and bad plumbing. The hotel says that WiFi is free, but,... More

I find your double beds very uncomfortable and the pillows are normally hard and lumpy. I don't generally sleep very well due to the quality of the bed and bedding. But I love the bar and great location.

The staff has been very kind with me. They have all provided me with good service overall. Breakfast service is quite good. The room had the right size for one guest; the only remark I have on the room is that it did not provide a proper wardrobe.

Arrived on a late flight from London. Rather surly staff on reception. Room was clean and modern. For £one hundred and thirty pound I would expect a breakfast included. Cleaning staff were banging doors and hitting the vacuum cleaner if the skirting boards in the next room. This was not appreciated as I arrived in late at night and was... More
