Stayed for one night. Small ample car park at side of guest house. Useful as parking can be an issue. It's a good location opposite Eden Court and the metal bridge, it's not right on the river but just a road set back although the view is unrestricted of the river. Welcomed by the host and advised of where my... More

Room was on the ground floor next to the dining room and front door. Lovely spacious room suitable for person with a disability. Car park just next to guest house. Only downside was noise of front door closing, but this did not continue late into the night so was no problem. The host was very pleasant. We were within easy... More

We loved Moray Park! Our host and hostess were so thoughtful, caring, and kind. We could not find any better. The breakfast was delicious, our room was excellent, and there was off street parking. If we ever get to come back to Scotland, we will stay here again.

Small bed and breakfast south of the city center, close to the river Ness, where you can make a nice walk. The rooms differ strongly. We went with 2 couples. As we asked for a quiet room, we were sent behind in a small room but our fiends had a huge room (30 m2 at least with a burning place... More

We only stay here for one night and few things to point out: -price was £90 per night which for me is almost the price of a nice hotel -We arrived and just got told which was our room but that's it - nothing about a warm welcome or touristic information about the place -Internet was extremely poor -Breakfast was... Lovely, welcoming place. Andrew was full of local information which added to our enjoyment of the trip. Good breakfast, comfy bed, close to fantastic pub {Castle Tavern} with great food and beer. About 50m from the river which had a very pleasant walk along the bank. Also close to pubs wih live music.

My husband, father in law and myself stayed here last month. The owners Morven and Andrew are just wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were lovely, the room was quite big and comfortable, we had a view of the park which was quite lovely. Would definitely stay there again and recommend that anyone else stay there.

Tell Everyone that this one is the one for an unforgettable stay. My wife Anne and I had the best sleep in, and a wonderful breakfast filled with lashing of REAL Bacon and Eggs. The view from the First floor road side room was really nice and welcoming. The park across the road was really beautiful with blooming flower beds... More

Andrew was welcoming and we were able to leave our suitcases as my husband and I arrived early. Andrew was very kind to take two heavy suitcases to first floor. However amenities were scarce. Very small bathroom. Location was excellent and had a good sized room overlooking the gardens Breakfast was o.k.
