Warm welcome at this spotlessly clean B & B located just 10 minutes from the center of town. Hearty breakfast made for an excellent stay. Large comfortable bed and generous tea/coffee/biscuits provision.

Well located, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Well appointed room. Loved the little table at the window to sit and have breakfast at. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was delicious. Very welcoming and helpful and very covid aware.

Whilst we had read some of the earlier comments, we had no complaints at all about our stay. The room was fine and clean, the locality was good, close to the harbour and the town centre establishments. The breakfast was delivered to the room bang on time and was a good meal. Recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July 2019. The room was on the top floor so had 2 flights of stairs to climb, but we were ok with that. It was cosy and had ensuite. Keith was very accommodating with our breakfast time when we needed to be off early. Breakfast in our room suited as too as we could still be getting ready as we ate. Gluten-free was well catered for. Close to the harbour which was interesting, 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Parking was easy on the street outside. We ate at the Alexander Bain Hotel in town, which had good gluten-free options and has good specials most nights.

Dust was terrible. 2mm thick on top of the wardrobe. 1mm thick on top of picture frames. Cobwebs on room corners. En suite was a separate room over a landing and I was wandering in the night and morning only in my boxer shorts. Had to request the room be cleaned. Breakfast poor. Served in the room - antisocial. Risk of falling to death due to sticky door to Bathroom
