Quite and near the coast The owner made you feel welcome I stay at the impala gruest house 3 time now The breakfast was so good and tasty Also no noise from the other truest It worth staying at t0hi B and B I rated it 100% I will go back to stay again
Julie was a stellar host who was instantly made me feel at home - she was more than happy to take the time to ask how I was getting on and what my plans were for the duration of my visit. The rooms were well sized and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable - I highly recommend this B&B.
Great value stay with half the price of some other places we visited in the nc500. Covid has affected the situation somewhat and breakfast has changed to a packed lunch you can eat in your room. It definitely fills you up and gets you around for the day but it’s also all cold food and the only cold breakfast we had of the trip. It’s the best given the situation but it did slightly lower the experience, hopefully we can get back to normal soon. Clean rooms, lovely hosting and really cosy.
Julie and Eddie run a really couthie wee place. Good delicious brekkie and a real taste of Highland hospitality. I felt like I was staying with some family friends. Definitely worth staying here. Rooms have everything required, close to village and nice views.
After a long drive from Nottingham England, I was tired and got a bit lost in a howling gale and rain at Wick. I couldn't see my map in the dark so decided to phone Julie the owner for directions. Julie asked where I was, then told me to stay there as she'd come out to me. A few minutes later a silver car pulled up and it was Julie. I then followed in my vehicle and we were soon at the guest house. Never had a guest house or bed and breakfast owner offer this sort of excellent service before. The guest house, just outside the main town, had free parking, was clean, nicely decorated and with good views. My room was nice and spacious, well decorated, with everything that you needed at a good reasonable price and with free wifi. Breakfast was big, excellent, very varied and it kept me going for hours as I looked around Caithness. Enjoyed my stay there and was made to feel very welcome. My only regret is I didn't book a couple of extra nights here when I had the chance…
