Really enjoyed my stay for work. Staff really friendly and helpful - nice dinner and breakfast and late checkout accommodated no bother to allow me to have a videoconference meeting. Room really clean and nice to have iron and board in room!

My family and I visited Wick for a funeral. We stayed at the Queens Hotel and they also provided the catering for the funeral. The level of customer care and the quality of the food was excellent. Sharon and Peter were tremendous hosts. The fish and chips is a must. Thanks.

Walk in for evening meal, bar type menu on offer. Mac n cheese good, haddock was huge but batter was soggy and undercooked. "I will tell her" said server. Should have saved my breath. Scotland still has a lot to learn about customer service!
