My wife was shocked and upset by your unwarranted aggressiveness towards her and she could not understand why you shouted at her in such a fashion. Had you been dissatisified with your room you should have said so at the outset but when I showed you in your comment was "lovely". As you were arguing at breakfast we believe you took out your anger on my wife and this is not acceptable behaviour from anyone - we are all only human. Are you confusing my wife with the waitress? You certainly confused staff accommodation from guest accommodation!
