Pros: This isn't my first time with Apex Glasgow and so I know that the standard of service here is quite high. However I was not prepared to have it exceeded during this trip and the staff again just stepped up. From handling the dodgy HD, providing information and personally lending me a power cord for my Laptop, the staff...

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

Loved this hotel. Location is close to shopping and eating areas. We were there to see a show which was within walking distance. The hotel is very modern and had recently been refurbished to a high standard. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Lovely room, loved the Elemis bathroom accessories and the shower. Great TV, too, and appr coated the ironing board etc. Bath Street not very attractive, though. Liked the evening menu choices. An easy walk from the station.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Appropriately designy given that this is in Glasgow, a major architectural center. The staff was enormously helpful and all their recommendations for things to see (we had not done a lot of research on our own before arriving) and restaurants were spot on. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was delicious and...

The Apex City of Glasgow Hotel was the perfect place to stay when I recently visited Glasgow for two nights. The Apex is a new and modern hotel, a contrast to much of the heritage architecture where it is situated. The double room I had was very comfortable and everything functioned perfectly. Hotel staff were excellent - efficient, friendly and...

Hotel came recommended, and I was not disappointed. About 10 mins walk to Kings Theatre, and about 10 mins walk to Central train station. Slight problem with breakfast in that my order did not process through computer system, but once realised the problem was resolved. Will definitely use this hotel again if I'm in Glasgow.

Very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and freshly updated. eurosport on the TV, a first as a cycling fan. That's me sorted on a business trip away. Computer systems were down on check out so I'm still waiting for my receipt.

I went to Glasgow for a business trip and usually stay at the Blythswood but this has gotten too expensive. This hotel tops my experience there. The check is smooth they have already allocated the room got the key ready no waiting around like most places. Room was very nice beautifully decorated and clean. We had drinks a few of...

Staff couldn't have been more polite or helpful. The room was great and the effort to accommodate my coeliac and milk allergies was commendable. i will be going back in a few weeks. i have no reservations about making another reservation. Excuse the pun.
