Booked Campanile as close to SECC where I was watching a concert. Have used Campanile in the past and am very happy with their service. Rooms always clean and tidy, well presented and modern. This was the first time I had breakfast, it was OK but no croissants available which was disappointing and the cooked breakfast wasn't very nice, watery... More

My wife and I stayed for one night before flying back to Northern Ireland. Reception very polite and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. No inflated bar prices!! Breakfast very nice. Best of all, unfortunately my wife left her mobile phone at the hotel and we didn't miss it until we were through security at the airport. A quick call to... More

A large group of teenage girls were staying at the hotel. Young teenage girls running and screaming up and down the bedroom corridors at 10.15 at night. Parents intoxicated in bar. Took 3 calls to reception for staff to attend to noise then another hour before there was quiet. No apology from the hotel staff.

Good afternoon theairtraveller Thank you for taking the time to review Campanile Glasgow. Firstly I would like to point out it was myself whom you (Trafalgar tour guide) spoke to the following morning and I listened and investigated your concerns. Upon speaking to the team working that shift, there was only 1 phonecall made to reception regarding kids in the... More

We arrived to find two double beds in h the handicapped room would not give us another bed or another room we could not fit into these beds it took 3/4 of an hour for them to finally give us another room... Stayed here for 2 weeks during a working period in Glasgow, had a little issue with some noisy Chinese students first week and had to make a complaint, but Duty Manager recognised me on my return and made sure I was in a room well away from any further issues. Comfortable, clean and Great customer service. Recommended to stay.

We always stay here when we are in Glasgow with the dogs. Very dog friendly make us feel very at home. Rooms excellent value for money and you usually can ask for a triple room at no extra cost. Staff are extremely helpful and very friendly

Check in was at 2pm, arrived early at 11.30am as transport from airport quicker than expected. Dropped off luggage with reception staff before rushing off to visit relatives. This is the first time I have stayed in a UK hotel in the last 30 yrs, so unable to compare except for foreign beach hotels and American hotels. Reception staff were... More

We had a double room booked but found the bed was two singles pushed together, would have been ok if the bed linen was the right size. They had used the duvet and sheets from the two single beds to cover a double bed !! The room was nice and quiet despite being fairly close to the hotel entrance and... More

Very convenient one night stay. Lovely staff. Clean hotel with free parking and nice bar area. Quiet location and just 10 mins maximum by car to Glasgow airport. Would stay here again for a similar visit. Reasonably priced also. No issues at all.

Spent one night, useful because near the airport, but in a sad suburb. Clean but a little gloomy. Very good breakfast. I think not suitable for a long holiday because is far from the centre and in a gloomy place.
