This was the second stop of my UK tour. Hotel is in a great location close to the mains streets. Hotel was a little dated but rooms were clean. Bed was terribly uncomfortable as if only a box spring. Breakfast was adequate and staff seemed friendly.

Everything was first class with this hotel. They fixed everything we asked for. We did rent a car and they fixed it. We wanted to go to a typical scottish restaurant and they fixed that too. After that we were going to a concert and they arranged that also.

A very pleasant stay. Rooms are rather large. We didn't have breakfast there because the special deal that we were on did not included it. Location is very central and a short walk to the main railway station.

Nice room but no view. Located next to train station, walking distance to shopping district. Didn't like the area at night. First room they gave us was handicap room, we changed rooms. Second room was fine. Wetherspoon restaurant/pub across the street offers reasonable priced food and drink.

The hotel is in a great location. Reception staff are very good and others in the restaurant for breakfast were equally god. However, personally I'd never stay here again. The staff I encountered in the bar and coffee areas were completely incompetent and down right rude . They were far too busy messing about and gave clients no attention at...
