Stayed at this place for a night - it's in a good location, offers nice breakfast with reasonably pleasant staff however rooms are little on the small side with low and slightly hard beds - particularly the pillows! My advice if you want a little more comfort pay a little extra and stay elsewhere :) grand for a night!

Not worth its money, some friendly staff, other needs more communication skills. Excellent choice in breakfast.Too many stairs for disabled. Out of the hustle and bustle of centre, but up a very steep hill.

Really friendly staff, cheap enough and clean room, comfy beds. Only bad thing was the shared bathroom. Very close to city centre. Great hotel if you are just here for the one night. I'll be back for sure.

From the moment of reservation the owners of this guest house bent over backwards to accommodate us. Our welcome was warm and friendly and helped us to find our location. The room was spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was fresh, good produce, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.... More

Stayed in room 6 it was OK, the bed was not very comfortable, and the shower did not work, there was a bath though. It was quiet and the location was near the west end. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

GREAT STAFF: Checked us in early, kept our bags before check-in time and after check-out until our bus was due to leave. Helped with unexpected closure of the subway, suggesting bus route alternatives. Suggested venues appropriate to 12 year old granddaughter. Dining staff cheerful, efficient, and attentive. As the furnishings and decor looked dated and well-worn, I was pleasantly surprised... More

The bed was hard, the room was small, the internet worked only sparingly, and the shower's hot water worked only sparingly. The breakfast was good, the staff was polite, and the location was great! The next time I go to Glasgow I will plan to find someplace else.

Where to begin? We had a nightmare! Small issues first: The "double bed" was just too small for two adults. The location was dirty and very, very noisy. Very difficult to get bags up to the room. No help offered. I would not recommend parking anywhere near this location. Serious complaint: On the second night of our stay at around... More
