We stayed in this hotel for one night. It has a lovely glass frontage overlooking George Square. That's the positives. It's well passed revamp stage! Our room was filthy, the carpets were lined with dust which gathered in such quantity in the corners that the colour of the carpet changed. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept...

Typical big hotel. Good reception courteous and pleasant. Nice sized single room a bit worn but clean and comfortable. En-suite clean but the flush on the toilet did not work properly. The one thing that should be right every time. Buffet breakfast staff pleasant, reasonable selection of breakfast items tasty enough. The usual small individual teapots that mange to dribble all...

Cannot fault location but hotel and rooms need updated and painted...room was small for a double and no idea when it had last been cleaned as there was a layer of dust all around the skirting boards and i actually found a pen sticking out from under the bed..looks like they just concentrate on changing bedding and towels and do...

I purchased vouchers for Christmas gifts to meet up with friends and we weren't disappointed. Bubbly and afternoon tea for £19 per couple. Filled rolls, small cakes and scones sufficed. Good service and pleasant atmosphere seated at a spacious and comfortable table.

This was my third visit to the Millennium Hotel Glasgow. Have booked both with third parties and direct, and always had lovely spacious room, full of character with luscious bathrooms..... This week, I booked via a third party to take my husband for an overnight stay for his birthday...... really disappointed with small, tired main room and bathroom, up on...

Excelent ubication close to Queen Street Station and in front of George Square. The rooms are quiet and well presented. The view from the rooms on the top floor are very good to see part of the most emblematic buildings of Glasgow City Centre. The price is reasonable. Good quality.

Grand hotel in the centre of Glasgow, so very easy to get around. My room was clean if a little dated. The heating did not work too well and so spent a cold night, and morning getting in and out of the shower. The staff were polite and helpful, cannot be faulted, and the breakfast was good, worth the stay...

Was here for a night, staff was friendly but the service was awful! Booked a double bed room, ended up getting a room with 2 single beds. Managed to get it sorted but the room we had was two single beds joint up together! The cutlery we had was very very dirty. Shower tap was broken as well. Won't be...

This is one of those three star reviews where nothing was three star, it was either great or poor. The staff are a real credit to the group, every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The reception is well presented and make sure if you're eating at the hotel, get a table in the glass cubes overlooking the square....
