Stayed here 2 nights for work purposes and because of its good location. It is a particular building , 300 years old (outside and inside) and the entrance is a bit creepy although the welcoming from reception was warm. I had a single room in the second floor, bear in mind to bring light luggage as there is no elevator... More

Me and my girlfriend checked in for 1 night, the location is very good as it's very central in the town. The man at reception was friendly and gave us our key to the room which was on the top floor and thankfully we are young as there is no elevator in this hotel at all. When we walked up... More

Good central location, easy to find- can accommodate families. Staff were very friendly and lovely. Hotel itself-needs a bit of a update. For some reason water was running through the pipes all night above our heads ( room 402) .Continental breakfast - Aldi express, cooked breakfast - not enjoyable. Overall - if you need somewhere to stay centrally- good location.

The hotel served the purpose of providing a place to stay with basic needs. It lacks in a number of things which is standard these days in hotels. Firstly the Bedroom, the duvet was not put into its cover properly nor was the bed sheet put crease free on the bed, making the sleep uncomfortable. The tap in the bathroom... More

Location is good a price is really cheep but that's when it stops being good. Room wasn't dirty but there was dust and finger prints which is not something you really expect in a hotel. Barely slept the whole night as it was very noisy and stuffy don't think I'd stay here again

The room is correct. Clean and modern. The hôtel is very well located in the center. Unfortunally the mattress are very bad. The breakfast just acceptable. Prices are to expensive for the quality provided

I booked this hotel because of its central location and low prices. I was not disappointed in that respect. My room was small, but clean and had everything you would expect, except a window! This made it claustrophobic. Is there no requirement that hotel bedrooms should have windows? Breakfast was adequate, and I had no other complaints.

This hotel is located in a very central area (close to most of the popular attractions) and the price is competitive compared to those of the peers. We were assigned two rooms at the ground floor with the big drawback of having windows that we were not able to open. This caused a "heavy air" inside one room, that was... More

Don't particularly recommend this hotel. Up all night, uncomfortable beds, needs a facelift. Bathroom was satisfactory however taps leaking a brown substance which was off putting. Find it very rude for catering staff to remove items from the table whilst we were still there (e.g yoghurt pots). Young man on reception struggled with English. Outside of hotel does not give... The hotel provides basic accommodations and is conveniently located near Buchanan Street, Central Station, and Queen Station. Offers free continental breakfast; an English breakfast is available for a small fee. Rooms are small, but tidy. There was no iron in our room and the internet was a bit irregular. If you have difficulties with stairs, this is not your hotel,... More
