Ive never been asked for ID ive just filled in the paperwork on arrival, however I did have to give them the booking reference number that i got when I paid on-line, The reception desk is on the ground floor as you walk through the rotating glass door unless they have moved it in the last 5 days since I stayed there!! Its a great hotel and exellent way to see the city as the train station is next door.
