We usually stay at Premier Inn Buchanan Galleries when visiting Glasgow, It's very central. Charing Cross is a little further out but don't let that put you off. It's a lovely walk along Sauchiehall Street to the hustle and bustle of the city centre with the sights and sounds of a lovely city. The staff are great at Charing Cross... More

I stayed here with my mother as we had a spa day at a local hotel and when we arrived we were greeted with lovely staff. This hotel offers baggage storage which was a saviour!! We booked a twin room and when we arrived in the room there was only one bed. We weren't sure if this is what it... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks due to training and the first week the room was great, spacious with a good view and the 2nd week I was in a much smaller room. Food in the restaurant was ok nothing outstanding and wait times leave alot to be desired. The staff couldn't be more helpful and I have a feeling that... More

The hotel is OK, and that is the best thing I can say. It is a converted office building, my room was small and hot, even with the air con on. I would question the bed being King-size. We had problems booking in as even though we had 2 rooms booked none were available. They did find 2 after 20... More

We spent a very good weekend at the Premier Inn, Charing Cross, Glasgow, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was good and the bed very good, we had breakfast every day and dinner one evening, the food was excellent on all occasions. It is easy to walk to Sauchiehall Street and then into the city centre.

Stayed here before & had a lovely large room on a corner. This time we were given a very small room. The bed was comfortable but the quilt was far too warm for September & of course you can't open a window so we were so hot both nights of our stay that we couldn't sleep properly. The air conditioning comes... We stayed here for our three day getaway. What can I say, we were on the ninth floor so although we could hear traffic noise it wasn't intrusive. Room was clean Bed was super comfy. Location was great. Stop number 18 if you are using the "hop on hop off" buses. It's a little worn in places but not living... More

Well located, friendly and helpful staff room was clean and fresh ,no problem connecting to wifi . No problem of ordering a taxi or there is a train station right next door for to take u to Central Station or beyond. Ideal for shopping or just relaxing with a pint and a meal with Sauchiehall St 5 mins away.

I stayed here for one night whilst on business...filthy toilet, tatty and broken furniture, stained carpet, blown double glazed panel, headboard coming away from wall...need I go on? Never again. Shockingly poor standards.
