Stayed here for a couple of nights and were really pleased with the whole experience. The landlady was really friendly, the room was clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed at Seton Guest House for 4 nights due to attending the maritime academy down the road which is not even a 10 minute walk. I had a single room which was very comfortable and very clean. It also had an en-suite bathroom which was also very clean. My bed was made and room hoovered and cleaned everyday with... More

Stayed for 4 nights on lower ground. For 35£ per day and full scottish breakfast so nice and tasty) included in price - I find it as amazing value for money. Owners are there on daily basis and they are friendly and welcoming. Plus, they answered every question I had and advised about local area. Would definately stay again!

Me and a friend stayed here for one night. The room was really big, even with 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom. The owners were really nice as well. I would definitely go back to stay here, and would recommend it

My wife, 3 kids, and I stayed here two nights. Parking easy, pretty good location and walkable to city center. Right down the road from Tennent's brewery and a fantastic microbrewery. Room pretty small, a little dirty, and bathroom had constant moldy smell. Great Scottish breakfast, but dining room too small for all guests, so had to wait for tables... More

Stayed in the Seton guest house at the start of March. The owners were warm and welcoming and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The guest house is situated in a lovely leafy suburb close to Glasgow city centre.

Seton House was absolutely fine. You get a comfortable room, a friendly (if slightly confused by the online booking system) welcome and a home cooked breakfast (delicious by the way). Yes, the decor is a little dated, the room has a view of a plain paved back garden and the tea and coffee tray hadn't been refilled - an oversight... More

The owners Alistair and Sheena were lovely and gave us a great welcome. The rooms were lovely and spotless. Quick tip if coming in by train - use High Street or the one before rather than queen street
