I arranged for a large group to stay at Grasshoppers. Everything went perfectly. The staff were friendly and efficient, the guests were very well looked after, the rooms were beautiful, the extra treats a bonus and the location perfect. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I did not smell any scents in either the rooms or public areas. There was no carpet in my room, just a wood floor. The windows did open. I don't know what the hotel washes their linens with, they would have to tell you that.
