This hotel is really lovely. In my opinion situated in a quiet area of the city centre. Room Very spacious, and spotless clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful. My mobile phone had stopped working and Fraser kindly found the local mobile shop for me. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Had a drink in... More

This hotel is excellent in terms of location. If travelling by train it is five or ten minutes walk away from Glasgow Central. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and service are also excellent, particularly breakfast. We stayed for three nights and our room was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this... We have stayed at a couple of Indigo hotels in the last year, one in Newcastle and one in Glasgow. Both very well finished modern and well equipped rooms refreshingly tastefully decorated and everything you need for an overnight or a few days. Located just up the road from the main station and centre, you couldn't be better situated. The car... More

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is centrally located so walking access to many restaurants and shops. It has stylish decor, extremely comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast was included, small touches like the well stocked in room tea/coffee and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini-bar highlighted the attention to detail.

Decided to book this lovely looking hotel as a little bit of luxury for a special trip away overnight to see a concert. Had booked a superior King room. It all started so well, amazing welcome from the guy at the desk and friendly concierge. Sadly it's a bit hit & miss here. We were lucky to be able to... More

Hi Fiddlegirl10, I am sorry that you encountered a few issues on your stay with us. Obviously my team have no control over Glasgow taxis, every concert is different and the majority of guests make it back with no difficulty. Apologies for the mixup over breakfast, I am not sure what has happened, but will look into it to make... More

This was a return visit to Hotel Indigo. The staff are friendly and welcoming and Colm one of the managers remembered us from before though it was some time ago. The rooms are extremely comfortable and fitted out to a high level. Get breakfast included if you want it (it works out expensive otherwise). It will remain as my hotel... More

Stayed here for Davis Cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet room, attractive and clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and very tasty. Very central and room at back of hotel was very quiet. Gluten free bread available as were tray bakes. On the down side the coffee was very weak. Would stay again.

Second time we have stayed in an Indigo hotel (the othe one being York). Good check in, and excellent welcome from the guy who takes you to your room - I think his name was Alex, but it was a few months ago now, sorry. Anyway, he's from Teesside and will know who we mean! Very sincere and natural rapport... More
