I've stayed at this Novotel twice over the last couple of months and have been impressed each time. There is good recognition of Le Club Accor Platinum status - both times I have been upgraded to an Executive Room, the drinks voucher is handed out automatically (often I have to ask at Accor properties) and the hotel provides a nice...

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Hotel has its own car park but limited spaces fortunately I managed to get parked here only £8 for 24hrs. We arrived at 12 noon and our room NO 405 was ready for us. It was on the 4th floor overlooking the street at the front of the hotel and we never heard...

Let me start by saying this is a very smart hotel and in a great location. My room was lovely, the shower warm and the bed snuggly. But It was a bit like sleeping next to the British Grand Prix. The local yoof revving and racing in the streets around the hotel until the wee small hours. It was so...

This hotel is well located if you’re doing the Charles Rennie Mackintosh thing, as the Glasgow School of Art and the Willow Tea Rooms are close by. However the hotel isn’t very exciting – I’d expected something a bit more upmarket for a Novotel. The rooms are quite basic with no aircon and the windows hardly open. Don’t have breakfast...

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the city. About a 12 minute walk to Buchanan bus station, and located close to Sauchiehall street. The room itself is quite large, but does feel a bit dated and the beds were quite hard. Amenities at the hotel very all good, so a pleasant stay.

Hotel okay, not much space around the bed and must cause problems if you are on the large size. Towels nice a fluffy and large. Toilet separate to bathroom. Good location, we used the car park, but it's down a side street so we drove straight past it, as we couldn't see any signage. Hubble had to go into hotel...

The hotel was great. Super good location for me. Very walkable from everywhere. The rooms were big and clean. I found the staff very helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay here again! Standout employees were Harriet and Max! They were so helpful and funny.

Novotel may be a bit far from downtown Glasgow but it's a great value hotel. They have a room for 3 people (one queen and a sofa bed). The room is a decent size with plenty of lighting. I like the fact that the toilet is separated from the shower so two people can get ready at the same time...

Fantastic location - everything within walking distance. Staff at front desk was helpful (we emailed in advance to request a quiet room on the executive floor and this is what we had). Although the design is a bit dated (executive rooms have the Novation design that was originally launched over 15 years ago), the room was immaculate and everything was...
