I miss the bed... it was a very comfortable bed. Ok ok, there are other good things as well. People working there are very polite... sometimes people take this for granted but it makes a big difference. The breakfast is good with just the buffet really, but it is also good that you have some options if you would rather... More

We visited Glasgow for a long weekend and stayed in the premium room at the Belhaven. The room was huge, with sofa and big tv, plus a twin jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately the bath took a very long time to fill, not at all helped by the fact that the bath plug didn't fit snugly and water was running out all... More

Quite a hidden place but what a nice one , room was clean tidy and well equipped , if your unfit or have trouble walking ask for a low floor room as no lift and the room I was in , room 17 was up in the gods , lots of stairs . Evening food was ok , nothing special... More

Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are a lot of stairs up and down and can be a little heavy carrying a suitcase. All basic amenities there except for tea and coffee and kettle in the room. Breakfast was simple but good, offered both warm and cold options. More cold options would have been good (... More

Very cute single room, bed was super comfy and staff was very friendly and helpful. The only detraction was it was a bit noisy at night with people coming back from the pubs and you can really hear all the footsteps everywhere. But nothing too crazy. Overall nice experience, and the belgian waffle with bacon for breakfast was amazing.

We stayed in the apartments that this hotel offers. We had 5 of us and there were three bedrooms so there was plenty of room. The apartment was very spacious and close to the main areas in the city. We were right across from the botanical gardens. Has everything in the kitchen for cooking. Very nice place to stay especially... More

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. After reading the reviews before arrival I wasn't sure what to expect. However I need not to have worried. I rang on the morning of our arrival to ask if we could access the room early as we were travelling up from Newcastle to attend a family wedding. The lady said it shouldn't be a... More

I stayed in this hotel after booking my flights and stay on Expedia, the location was piece and much cheaper than the Hilton just up the road. The room was clean, bathroom looked brand new. Very well stocked bar and nice restaurant. Buffet and some cooked breakfasts at £10 if not part of your package, coffee available to take away.... More
