Literally directly in the train station...walk a few hundred yards with entry directly inside the station. It is dark and comfy...The hallways are monstrous and long. We had a very large room...yes on a busy street...but on the third floor not too much trouble. Perfectly...More

Yes I saw quite a lot of tables set up for afternoon tea. The food looked good and plenty of choice but as I never had afternoon tea I can't really say much more. Best to check timings direct with the hotel.

I don't think it does; it's a city centre hotel and I know that doesn't preclude fitness rooms but the hotel offers other charms! There is bound to be gyms nearby and I suspect the hotel may have reciprocal arrangements. I suggest an email to the hotel directly asking that question. If you're a runner, and don't mind pounding the pavements, you are in an ideal location to see some fabulous Glasgow architecture as you run!
