We were in room 10 bottom of the stairs. Shower and toilet dirty. Water fluctuated between hot & cold. You had to ask for extra toilet paper etc Bed not comfortable at all. Break fast, had to ask for toast and cerial as the counter in the dinning room was almost empty. We asked for another room but was refused....

Hotel is in need of a revamp so expect some very tired decor. However the bed was comfy, the telly was good and the shower was okay, so it was just acceptable. Basic breakfast. Toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit.

When I called and booked the staff was fantastic and friendly, since we were arriving after hours, very accommodating. When we arrived Shawn, the front desk clerk was informative and helpful, AMAZING first impression. The room was decent, but the beds weren't very comfortable and the showers turned on and off and went from boiling hot to freezing cold. Shawn...

The gentleman who greeted us was polite, and informative. He advised us that our room window won't open or close. I told him as long as it is secure, no problem. First problem we noticed was the two single beds in room #9 in the basement. The individual springs had different tensions and could be felt through the thin covering....

My friend and I stayed in room 9, a twin room, for the night as we were going to Bellahouston Park to see a concert. Whilst the overall appearance is very dated, it's got everything we needed - comfy beds, warmth, phone charging sockets, coffee and mugs to put our wine in. I can't tell you My friend took a...

Lovely place to stay, with necessary amenities. Such a great location as pretty much next door there are sports grounds. Wonderful part of Glasgow with lovely views and many attractions in walking distance such as the Kelvingrove Museum and Art Gallery which is beautiful, the Kelvingrove Park which is a picturesque walk and many eateries and other shops for wonderful...

This is a basic but comfortable hotel in a great location near Kelvingrove Park. Breakfast was quite adequate - juice, cereal, toast. Beds were comfy and it was quiet, despite being just off Sauchiehall St. The area has plenty of restaurants and bars, and it is only 5 minutes from the university. The subway wasn't working but there are plenty...

I am very angry. Due to the fact that the tour we were on was delayed and had us missing our train and then the train we caught was also delayed, BEERSBRIDGE LODGE, locked us out. I called BEFORE 9pm to tell them that we would be arriving a little late and whoever answered HUNG UP on me. I do...
