I stayed at Adelaides from 17th to 21st of October during a very stressful time . My husband had terminal cancer and had been airlifted to Glasgow . The people at Adelaides made this situation so much easier and I felt it was like an oasis in the desert . Everyone was warm and supportive and I cannot recommend it...

We paid £75 for a double room.. the only reason I have given this 2 stars is because of the friendly guy on the front desk. Majorly basic. Mouldy in the bathroom. Shower falling apart and leaking everywhere. Breakfast was some toast and an instant coffee.. or some cheese or jam from the fridge with a yogurt. The milk jug...

This is a great value in a terrific location. We had unit 4 which was quiet and large. The rooms are fairly basic and the breakfast--nothing fancy--a good start to the day. The owner, Ted, makes the place a joy--he is enthusiast, helpful (he got us a car to the airport which was half the cost of a taxi), and...

Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with towels and toiletries provided. Comfortable bed. Great location. A bit of noise from the transport system - some low rumbling. Music could be heard on Sunday morning from downstairs, but wasn't too loud. Continental breakfast consisted of ready made coffee, white or brown toast, marmalade and jam, yoghurt, cheeses - the usual stuff. Wouldn't...

For the value and location, it's a good place. We had the good fortune to meet Ted, who went overlboard to make us happy, including having the men's choir sing happy birthday to the birthday girl. Unforgettable and thank you forever Ted!!,,

This B&B is part of a Baptist Church. Its location is good for the Art school and shopping. It is in a very busy part of Glasgow, making evening noise an issue. The staff are cordial and helpful. The breakfast is continental, with a hot breakfast an additional charge.

Having been caught out on a previous trip by a late National express bus and thus missing connections I decided to stay over in Glasgow on my recent trip.Needed a city center B and B not too far from bus and train stations as I have a suitcase and rucksack! Adelaides came up and I gave it a go. Very...

I stayed twice at Adelaides, in August of this year (each time for 3 nights). I am totally satisfied with everything. Their Internet site is very specific, concerning the sharing with the day care center and well as the included breakfast. So, if you read everything carefully before booking, you'll have no surprises. My room was on the interior court...

I would love to give this place a great review but when I went out for a little while in the evening and was told by the person who was in the guest house that I didn't need a outside door key to get back in with, I was stuck outside of the guest house for 45 minutes ringing the...
