No 34 is a beautiful and newly renovated family run guest house situated in the west end of St Andrews. We are only a minutes walk to the town centre and a few minutes walk from the Old Course , St Andrews University and the beach at West Sands. Our accommodation comprises four luxury bedrooms which can be arranged as either superking or twin beds. All of our rooms have large impressive en-suite facilities. The property also boasts an extensive lounge, separate sun-lounge and a lovely secluded garden; all for the use of our guests to relax and unwind.

There is street parking outside the B&B. This quickly fills up in the morning. There are good & cheap Council car parks about 20 metres to the east of the B&B. I used the latter on arrival at noon, before moving my car early evening on to Argyle St where it remained for the rest of our stay.
