The B&B is in an old building that doesn't look like much on the outside, but our room and the breakfast room were wonderful. Everything has been updated and beautifully decorated, and the bath tub is big enough for swimming laps. Our room was on the back of the house, and we heard conversation and dishes clinking until quite late....

Fantastic B&B, great hosts, very good location and very clean! I stayed 7 nights in a room with a queen size bed and shower. The bed was very comfortable with four nice full pillows. Bathroom is stocked with quality liquid hand soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, cotton balls and Q-tips. Breakfast was great with a good selection of...

The Yorkston Guest House was very clean and comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff prepares your favorite eggs and sides every morning. On the last day, I had to leave early and very much appreciated the breakfast that Ms. Gilmore prepared for me and left for me in a bag in the refrigerator. The wifi worked very well. Even in...

Spacious comfortable room, complete with walk in wardrobe. All the mod cons you'd expect from a guest house. Good choice of continental and cooked breakfast items. Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Very handy location for St Andrews without being directly in the busy centre.

We spent two nights here while visiting St. Andrews. Absolutely the best B&B or hotel we stayed in while touring Scotland. Immaculately kept. Recently refurbished baths and bedrooms. Obviously done by craftsmen that knew their business. The proprietor, Catrina, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. We will definitely visit this establishment again.

The entrance to this guest house is rather unassuming but don't be put off. Inside is a warm, family run guest house. It is immaculate throughout and the breakfasts were wonderful. There is free wifi - which actually works! There isn't any dedicated parking but there is lots of on street parking a minutes walk away. I was visiting St...

This lovely guesthouse is a 'home from home' when I visit my daughter who is at university in St Andrews. We are always made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious too. It's only a few minutes walk into the shops at St Andrews, and close to all the sights. Another wonderful stay, thank you.

This is a lovely place to stay! It was spotlessly clean throughout. Our rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast offered huge variety and generous quantity. Our hosts were very pleasant and attentive. If I visit St. Andrews again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
